Meal Service Information for Start of School Year

Meal Service Information Beginning August 24

Meal Service will look slightly different as we start the 2020-21 school year. Below is all the information you need to make sure you are getting the meals you need to stay nourished at home.

Meals will be offered free of charge to any currently enrolled OPS student. This is different from the Summer Food Service Program as ONLY Owensboro Public Schools students can take advantage of this service.

Meals will be served at all OPS school locations with the exception of the preschools and Emerson Academy from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Those addresses are listed below:

Cravens Elementary – 2741 Cravens Ave.

Students will be provided with one breakfast and one hot lunch each day.

Meals are to be picked up in the rear of each building. Food Service staff will check the names of the students and distribute meals accordingly.

If you do not know your student’s ID number for the form, contact your school and they can provide that to you.
