Online Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open to families to begin registering their students for the upcoming school year.
Families in the Owensboro Public Schools district need to visit startolr.com and select "25-26" year at the beginning to complete their registration for next school year.
All returning families' information is already in the database, they just need to confirm it is updated and correct to complete online registration.
Families who are new to the district will need to visit the school in which their child will attend. If they are unsure of what school their child will attend, they can find a district map on the district website at owensboro.kyschools.us.
